Food for two full days on the remote Molesworth Road (New Zealand south island), where there is no place to acquire provisions.
Two lunches: Ciabatta with PB and banana.
Two Dinners: Half the Turkish loaf with avocado and tomato. One Breakfast (I’d skip the other): Apple and cookies. Desserts: Cookies and PB. Road snacks: Raspberry licorice.
Q: “That’s all the food you have? What if there’s an emergency?”
